By inviting OnlyOneMessage or using its functionality, you agree to this Privacy Policy. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, this policy may be updated at any time, including additions, removals, or edits to how data is handled.
To ensure OnlyOneMessage functions properly, we collect and temporarily store the following data:
/config command. This is associated with your Server ID.The information collected is used exclusively to operate and improve OnlyOneMessage. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. All data handling is limited to what is necessary for the bot's functionality.
We retain collected data only as long as needed for the bot to operate. Temporary data, such as Member IDs for Automatic Unblacklist, is automatically deleted after a maximum of 1 month. Usage telemetry is anonymized and discarded once the bot session ends.
All data collected by OnlyOneMessage is securely stored in MongoDB, a trusted and industry-standard database system. Access to this data is restricted to Monobyte Studios developers responsible for maintaining the bot. Although the stored data is non-sensitive, we still take measures to prevent unauthorized access or data loss. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure data safety, no method of storage or transfer is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. 
            To request deletion, you may either remove OnlyOneMessage from your server or use the /revert command to remove all stored data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. When updates occur, they will be announced in our Support Server under #announcements and the “Last Updated” date above will be updated.
