By inviting OnlyOneMessage or using its functionality, you agree to this Privacy Policy. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, this policy may be updated at any time, including additions, removals, or edits to how data is handled.

1. Information We Collect

To ensure OnlyOneMessage functions properly, we collect and temporarily store the following data:

• Server Name and ID - Used to identify and associate configurations with your server.
• OnlyOneMessage Channel ID - Used to detect and process messages in your configured OnlyOneMessage channel.
• Member IDs - Stored temporarily for certain features like Automatic Unblacklist.
• Configurations - Configurations made from the /config command. This is associated with your Server ID.
• Usage Telemetry - Anonymous and temporary data about feature usage, used only for performance insights and improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively to operate and improve OnlyOneMessage. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. All data handling is limited to what is necessary for the bot's functionality.

3. Data Retention

We retain collected data only as long as needed for the bot to operate. Temporary data, such as Member IDs for Automatic Unblacklist, is automatically deleted after a maximum of 1 month. Usage telemetry is anonymized and discarded once the bot session ends.

4. Data Security

All data collected by OnlyOneMessage is securely stored in MongoDB, a trusted and industry-standard database system. Access to this data is restricted to Monobyte Studios developers responsible for maintaining the bot. Although the stored data is non-sensitive, we still take measures to prevent unauthorized access or data loss. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure data safety, no method of storage or transfer is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights & Data Removal

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To request deletion, you may either remove OnlyOneMessage from your server or use the /revert command to remove all stored data. 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. When updates occur, they will be announced in our Support Server under #announcements and the “Last Updated” date above will be updated. We encourage our users to review this page periodically to stay informed about our data practices.
